Recaps, analyses and answers are generated by artificial intelligence. Your content is never used to train AI models, by MasterTells or by its providers.

The analyses describe how people communicate. They are made only when you ask, and only you and the people you share with can see them. MasterTells makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on anyone.

4. How it is shared

MasterTells does not sell your personal information. It shares it only:

5. International transfers

MasterTells is based in Cyprus and stores your information in the European Union. Some of the providers that help run the Service, for AI processing, hosting, analytics, error reports and email, are in, or belong to companies in, the United States, so your information may be transferred to or accessed from there. When it is, MasterTells relies on safeguards recognized by the European Commission, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, which keep the protection the GDPR requires.

6. How long it is kept

Information is kept for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then deleted, unless the law requires keeping it longer. You can delete a conversation or your account at any time. An account inactive for 12 months is deleted, after notice by email.

7. Security

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each conversation is encrypted with its own key, and only your devices, and those of the people you share with, can open what is stored. When you delete your account, nothing readable is left, not even in backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but MasterTells works to protect your information.

8. Your rights and choices

You can see, correct and delete your information in the app, and delete your account at any time. For a copy of your information or any other request, write to contact@mastertells.com. Requests are answered within the time the law allows, after verifying your identity.

9. Your U.S. state privacy rights

If you live in California or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, and to access, correct and delete it. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.

10. If you are in the EEA or the UK

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Requests are answered within one month. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, with Cyprus's Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or, in the United Kingdom, with the Information Commissioner's Office.

11. Elsewhere

Wherever you live, you have the rights your local privacy law gives you, and you can use them by writing to contact@mastertells.com. In Canada you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in Australia, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; in Brazil, to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados; and in Switzerland, to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

12. People in your conversations

Conversations include what other people say. You are responsible for telling them and for getting any consent the law requires before recording or importing a conversation. Anyone who appears in a conversation can contact contact@mastertells.com.

13. Children

MasterTells is not for anyone under 18, and does not knowingly collect information from them.

14. This website

mastertells.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
